• Billing information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Customer data: information you add about your own clients, jobs, quotes, and invoices.

• Device & log data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.

Mobile app permissions

The Crewstro mobile app requests the following device permissions, each only for the feature that needs it. You can grant or revoke any of them at any time in your device settings.

• Location: with your permission, we use precise location so a team member can share a live ETA while they are on the way to a job (this can run in the background while driving with a maps app open) and to record location at clock-in and clock-out to verify on-site visits. We do not use location for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• Camera & photos: to capture and attach before/after job photos and to add photos to inventory items, and to save photos you take to your library if you choose.
• Microphone: when you record a voice message in team chat, speak to the in-app assistant, or make an in-app phone call.
• Notifications: a push token so we can send job, chat, and reminder notifications. You can turn notifications off in device settings.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Share a team member's live location and ETA with the office and, for a scheduled visit, the client, only while a visit is in progress.
• Process transactions and send related communications.
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. The specific bases should be confirmed with counsel for your jurisdiction.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Payment processors to complete transactions.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account and personal information directly in the mobile app under Profile → Delete account. If you own a company account, contact us and we will handle deletion so your company's data is removed safely. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. For more detail, see our Security overview. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means and update the date above.
