You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content.
The Service includes messaging and community features where users can post content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may report objectionable content or block another user directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by your organization's administrators, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate any user who violates these Terms. The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Crewstro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by the third party's terms and policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crewstro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
